SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

We are a small family business and proudly ship all orders within 1–3 business days. Once your order is packed, it will be sent through the USPS through Ground Advantage or Priority. You'll receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.

  • Shipping Times (after production): 3–7 business days

  • Shipping Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Bella Rose is not liable for any extra costs incurred when an incorrect or old address is supplied. Customers are responsible for ensuring the right shipping address is attached to any order placed.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your item and wear it proudly!

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 
Please read all of the return rules below and note that you will be charged for the return shipping label. 


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and unused, in the same condition that you received it. 
 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on personalized items, sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that it often takes 7-10 business days before that is reflected on your account.
